We’ll begin with a brief phone consultation. This is a chance for us to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and to answer any initial questions
What are your treatment fees?
Please contact me directly by email or phone for fee information. I do offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions, based on income and ability to pay.
How long are our sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Please note that credit card payments include a 2.75% convenience fee.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many clients find they receive partial coverage this way.

What if we are not a good fit?
Finding the right therapist is important. If I’m not the best match for your needs—whether financially or scheduling-wise—I’ll do my best to provide referrals to trusted colleagues.
